The Jobfactory is a unique social enterprise

The Job Factory improves the opportunities for people without jobs or training in the Basel region. We support young people in their transition from school to work with personal coaching, school-based training, and job application training. The Job Factory offers 120 internships and 20 apprenticeships in a wide range of fields. Together with interns and disability benefit recipients, we produce, sell, and distribute various products and services.

In addition to individual coaching, training courses, the application program, and Lab 4.0 (starting in 2021), the Job Training Foundation has three separate business areas. Internships in industry, packaging, and studios provide young people with a launch pad for the professional world.
